Disclaimer Parents and care givers remain responsible for their children at all times. Artists are not liable for any allergic reactions to any latex or paint products used. Artists will not paint the faces of children under 3 years old. We are happy to paint a small design on their hand or leg. Artists may refuse to paint any person that suffers from cold/flu symptoms, cold sores, conjunctivitis, eczema, open cuts and grazes or any apparently infectious skin conditions. Artists reserve the right to refuse service to any person behaving in an abusive, intoxicated or violent manner. For safety reasons, children and adults are not permitted to touch or play with the balloons, paints and equipment in the work area as the artist will not be liable for any resulting damage or injuries. Artists will exercise reasonable caution but will not be responsible for damage to clothing or property by products used. Artist will not paint anyone with a dirty face. It is the responsibility of parents and care givers to clean the child's face. |
